The Site and the application are hosted on the infrastructure of Google Cloud (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Velasco, Clanwilliam Place, Dublin 2, D02 RX02, Ireland), within the European Union (Belgium).
CyLimit operates a game with monetisable digital objects (JONUM) within the meaning of French Law No. 2024-449 of 21 May 2024 (the “SREN Law”). Accordingly, for players residing in France, the service is subject to Decree No. 2026-60 and the Order (arrêté) of 4 February 2026, under the supervision of the French National Gaming Authority (ANJ).
CyLimit’s declaration to the ANJ is in progress. The JONUM regime (identity verification, spending and play-time limits, etc.) applies only to French residents. For details, see the Responsible Gaming page and the Game Rules.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as a consumer you are entitled to use, free of charge, a consumer mediator to seek the amicable resolution of a dispute with CyLimit, after having first attempted to resolve it directly with our services.

Collectible digital cards associated with an NFT grant their holder ownership of the token, together with a limited, personal and non-commercial licence to use the depicted work, without any transfer of intellectual property rights. The terms of this licence are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
